Upon wrapping my interview with actors Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill about their new film, 21 Jumpstreet, I decided to walk home. It was on this casual stroll that I stumbled upon my second “meat & greet” of the day.  I was mesmerized by this smorgasbord of burger options outside Seven Spring Food & Wine (7 Spring Street) and knew that bison was going to be on board…literally. 

What’s so unique, interesting, and actually a bit bizarre about this spot is that they offer a barrage of burgers but also a selection of sushi. I rocked the signature Seven Spring Roll (hamachi and avocado topped with spicy Ahi tuna and jalapeño peppers) …

…while obviously taking advantage of the random Bruce Lee photo op behind me.

So if you’re in the mood for exotic meat burgers, sushi, and a wide variety of organic wines and craft beers…or you just feel like attempting a generic mixed martial arts pose, Seven Spring is where you can pick up your choice of meat…but not Channing Tatum, he’s married.
